Summer is near

The veggies this week are looking more like summer!  Berries, watermelon, cucumbers!

Beautiful organic fruit this week!

I'm finding recipes to bake using apples... it seems there is a bag of apples every time!

Butternut squash from my organic stash

I tried a new recipe for sweet butternut squash but I didn't care for it add much as the savory recipe, but at least I know there are different options! This is right before it went on the oven. So imagine it nice and tender, buttery melted... and then some Italian seasonings on top!

My stash of fruits and veggies this week

I get my fruits and veggies from Annie's Buying Club... they are super nice, super fresh... and the pick up location is about 2 miles from my house!  Couldn't ask for anything more!

LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THIS STRAWBERRY.  Are you kidding me? It's almost too pretty to eat! (But I'm gonna chance it anyway!!!)
